Tierra Verde Marina
The Tierra Verde Marina is located immediately over the Pinellas Bayway S Bridge at 100 Pinellas Bayway S on the west side of the drawbridge and provide immediate access to the Gulf of Mexico. The Tierra Verde Marina also owns and operates the 30,000 square foot retail center at the most northern point on Tierra Verde and currently features over a dozen retail stores. The Tierra Verde Marina participates in the State of Florida’s Clean Marina programs. The waterways leading to and from the marina are 150’ -350’ in widths and up to 15’ feet in depth and are scientifically engineered so that the natural tidal action of the Gulf of Mexico sweeps the water clean.
Tierra Verde Marina Resort
The Tierra Verde Marina Resort is open for business. The Tierra Verde Marina Resort when completed will feature a boutique hotel adjacent to the always active Island Grill and Raw Bar Restaurant which features almost nightly live music. Located approximately ½ mile south of the Pinellas Bayway S Bridge at 200 Madonna Blvd, Tierra Verde, the Tierra Verde Marina Resort features High and Dry Boat Storage (max 40’ / 18,000 lbs), Wet Slips (up to 120’) and Lifts for 24/ 7 access to your crafts (max 38’ / 25,000 lbs.). The marina also provides for fuel, ship’s store and maintenance. Retail stores fronts currently include: SeaVee Boats, Galati Yacht Sales, Captains Cove (ship’s store) and Carefree Boat Club.
